Honest and Open Parent Education (HOPE) is 1HOPE’s pre-service training curriculum for all interested foster/adopt parents. HOPE 4 is about foster parent panel and policies. HOPE 5 is about abuse and neglect, safety, and privacy.

HOPE 1 is a prerequisite for this course.
