Honest & Open Parent Education (HOPE) is 1HOPE’s pre-service training curriculum for all interested foster/adopt parents. HOPE 6 is about partnership and cultural competency, and is an annual requirement for licensing.

HOPE 1 is a prerequisite for this course.
